At HAZE Eyewear, we understand that you may need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how orders may be cancelled.

Cancelling an Order

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed and shipped.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact details below.

While we will do our best to accommodate your request, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.

Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you no longer wish to keep the product after receiving it, you may request a return in accordance with our Refund Policy, provided the return meets the eligibility requirements.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before shipment:

• Your order will be cancelled
• Any payment received will be refunded to the original payment method
• Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Orders Cancelled by HAZE

HAZE reserves the right to cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability
• Payment authorization failure
• Pricing or technical errors
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Inability to verify customer information

If HAZE cancels your order after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.
